Virtual Wedding Planning
For couples who want me to handle the planning, but have a venue coordinator/MC taking responsibility on the day.
I still plan and manage the wedding as I would a full-service client — helping you make decisions, stay organised, and bring everything together with clarity. The only difference is that I’m not physically present on the wedding day.
This works well if
- You want someone experienced to take care of the planning
- You don’t want wedding planning taking over your evenings
- Your venue includes an on-the-day coordinator
- You want full planning support without full-service investment
- You’re having a smaller or more intimate wedding
- Your MC or Maid of Honour will manage the day
- You’re planning a destination wedding

Option Two
Full Wedding Planning + Coordination
For brides who want everything taken care of — including the day itself.
To provide every couple with a high level of personal service, I only accept a limited number of Full Wedding Planning & Coordination weddings each year.
This works well if
- Your venue does not include a venue coordinator
- You want your family and friends to relax on the day as well
- Want to be fully present on their wedding day while everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- You only want to work with me as your coordinator
- You are planning your wedding on private property with lots of moving parts

How far in advance should I book Virtual Wedding Planning?
Most couples book me 9-18 months before their wedding, but because this is a virtual planning service, I can often help couples with less notice too.
Do I need a Virtual Wedding Planner if my venue already has a venue coordinator?
Definitely! A venue coordinator runs the wedding on the day. They do not plan your wedding and manage all of the suppliers the months leading up to the wedding. That is exactly what Virtual Wedding Planning covers. I still plan everything but I’m not there on the day.
Do you work with my suppliers or yours?
Both. If you have booked suppliers already, I work with them. If you have not, I will recommend suppliers based on your style, budget and availability.
Do you include on-the-day coordination?
Yes – but I only take on four weddings per year where I’m personally coordinating as well. This is part of my Full Wedding Planning + Coordination service.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Absolutely! I’ve planned weddings in Scotland, South Africa and Australia, and I work with couples all over the world. My Virtual Wedding Planning service means we can work together wherever you’re getting married – no matter where you’re based.
Can I start with Virtual Wedding Planning, and include on-the-day coordination later?
Yes! Depending on my availability.
