Two ways to work together

Option One
Virtual Wedding Planning
For brides who want me to handle the planning, but have a venue coordinator/MC taking responsibility on the day.
I still plan and manage the wedding as I would a full-service client — helping you make decisions, stay organised, and bring everything together with clarity. The only difference is that I’m not physically present on the wedding day.
This works well if
- Your venue includes an on-the-day coordinator
- You want full planning support without full-service investment
- You’re having a smaller or more intimate wedding
- Your MC or Maid of Honour will manage the day
- You’ve already booked your venue
- You’re planning a destination wedding

Option Two
Full Wedding Planning + Coordination
For brides who want everything taken care of — including the day itself.
To provide every couple with a high level of personal service, I only accept a limited number of Full Wedding Planning & Coordination weddings each year.
This works well if
- Your venue does not include a venue coordinator
- You want your family and friends to relax on the day as well
- Want to be fully present on their wedding day while everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- You only want to work with me as your coordinator
- You are planning your wedding on private property with lots of moving parts

Before you enquire.
How far in advance should I book?
Most brides come to me nine to eighteen months out, but I have taken on weddings with far less notice. If your date is close, ask anyway.
My venue already has a coordinator — do I still need you?
A venue coordinator runs the venue on the day. They do not plan your wedding, brief your suppliers or build your timeline. That is exactly what Virtual Wedding Planning covers.
Do you work with my suppliers or yours?
Both. If you have booked suppliers already, I work with them. If you have not, I will recommend people I trust and know how to work with.
Do you travel?
Yes — including destination weddings.
Can I start with Wedding, Sorted and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Plenty of brides start with the toolkit and bring me in later. Just tell me when you enquire.
